The Start of a NEW bathroom

We have now started to remodel our master bathroom we are going to start with the sinks and than move onto the bathtub and shower. It should be an interesting project. Ben and his brother Tom do most of the work, as for me, I am their assistant to hand them things and to go get what they need!! I will post updates of our new bathroom as it progresses.

Hangn' with DAD!

That's Legadu up in a tree about 15 feet in the air. I know, what if he were to fall?

Ben is fortunate enough that he is able to take our dog Legadu with him to work at the course. Ben found out that Legadu loves to climb trees so he can be that much closer to the squirrels. Which he catches on occasion. Legadu does have a job at the course and that is to chase off all the birds, geese and squirrels. So he loves to hear the words "get that squirrel"!! He is a funny dog but we love having him around.

I always have to add a picture of my buddy Legadu as he is my only child!! He loves playing ball infact I think that is what he lives for!!

New Bathroom

So here we have the extra spare bathroom or Tom's bathroom. We are finished!! Well with the sink and counter top, the only thing left to do is to hang up the mirror. We are still wanting to update the bathtub but that will be later. I think my husband did a GREAT job on his tile work. He is such a hard worker, I LOVE HIM!!

Our New Back Yard

So I promissed I would post some updates of our back yard when it was finished. Well it is mostly finished we are still wanting to put in a pond with a fountain, but I think we will save that for this summer.

Emma and ME

Emma is my husbands bosses daughter. She is the coolest little three year old I know, she often calls me aunt Krystle which makes me smile. In this picture we were at a steelheads hockey game with a company party with my husband. I think they won, but we ended up leaving early so I am not sure what the final score was.

Tulips in January

I got these bulbs for Christmas, what a great gift one that will stick around forever and look great in your home.

Another NEW project

This is what we have been up to this past weekend. We decided it was time for an upgrade in the extra bathroom, so we bought some new tiles and did a tile counter top, we are almost done, all the tiles are all set, all that is left to do is find the right color of grout and set that in and then clean the tiles and seal it then we are done!! YAHOO!! Then its off to the next bathroom for its upgrade!!

Which one are you?

I'm a Mazda RX-8!

You're sporty, yet practical, and you have a style of your own. You like to have fun, and you like to bring friends along for the ride, but when it comes time for everyday chores, you're willing to do your part.

Take the Which Sports Car Are You? quiz.

Blog Problem

playing in the snow!

This is how much fun Legadu had with his uncle Tom, while we were gone away to California. I don't think he missed us too much.

Happy New Year!!

Well I hope everyone had a great New year and Christmas. I have not been able to blog in a few days but a lot has happened since the last time I was here. I will give you a re-cap of what Ben and I have been up to lately. We started off the holiday season by traveling down to California to visit Ben's parents for Christmas and to watch the Broncos play against the Horn Frogs, it was a great game but unfortunately we ended up losing. It was great to be able to visit with the in-laws for a few days. We flew home on Christmas day and we were lucky that we even made it back, a few days earlier there had been a few snow storms blow in and we thought we might not be able to fly into the Boise air port but it warmed up a bit and we were able to fly home for Christmas to be with my side of the family later that evening!! Ben and I got some really sweet gifts, my parents bought Ben a chop saw, he has been wanting one for a long time now I am thankful that my parents were able to get him it as they can be expensive. As for me my wonderful husband got me a kitchen aid I love it!! Now I will be able to make all kinds of things. For New Years eve we didn't do much of anything but we did eat out at Olive Garden and then we headed home and Ben was in Bed by 10:00, as for me I stayed up by myself and watched a movie and waited for the new year to begin and then went to bed. On New years day we tried to watch a movie at the dollar theater but we got there to late and the movie was all sold out than we tried to get a blizzard from Dairy Queen and they were closing for the night, so we thought we would try our luck at Maggie Moos and of course they were also closed. So we ended up going home and I made peanut butter milk shakes for the boys and I made my self an orange julius. And now it is back to
work!!

This was at the BSU, TCU game it looks like we are really far away from the field where as we were only like 50 rows from the front so it was hard to see the play develop and to see where the ball was. But it worked out okay. The weather wasn't that great either, you would think that if you are in California than it will be sunny and nice. NO it was cold probably like 50 degrees or less and you could see your breath out there and I was all wrapped up in a blanket!
